Executive Director Sam Herr led a call to share what NABSA has been up to so far this year, what we’re looking forward to, and to learn more about how to get involved in the NABSA Board of Directors.

In addition to providing information about the board candidacy process, participants heard from two board members about their experiences serving on the Board.

Annual report of bikeshare miles ridden and bikeshare bike count:

Bike share in the U.S. has continued its brisk growth, with 35 million trips taken in 2017, 19% more than in 2016. This growth is attributable to increasing ridership in existing systems as well as the launch of several major new bike share systems across the country. Since 2010, 123 million trips have been taken on bike share bikes in the U.S.
