2026: Shared Micromobility Research


Last week, NABSA’s Membership & Engagement Director, Laura Mallonee joined transportation administrators, practitioners, policymakers, and researchers in Washington, DC for the Transportation Research Board (TRB) Annual Meeting. The 105th TRB Annual Meeting showcased extensive research on shared micromobility, including a dedicated poster session with emerging shared micromobility research, emphasizing the worldwide growth and advancement of bikeshare and shared e-scooters. Later in the week, Laura and Shannon MacCleod, NABSA’s Advocacy & Government Affairs Director, joined others at the Crossroad Convening. The event highlighted transportation research focused on working towards equitable and just transportation systems.
