2022 Conference Keynote Speakers


Next month, NABSA will convene its annual conference in Guadalajara, Mexico. The NABSA Annual Conference is the leading global venue for shared micromobility and transportation leaders, practitioners, operators, and equipment providers to tackle important issues facing the industry. The 2022 Annual Conference will feature Keynotes from leaders in Mexico’s mobility space that are helping to make meaningful change and encourage a new era of urban mobility.

Patricia Martínez


Opening Plenary, October 26 @ 9am

Patricia Martínez is the Chief of Staff for Territorial Strategic Management at the Jalisco Government. She is a non-motorized mobility activist and founding member of the nonprofit GDL in BICI A.C, an organization promoting urban mobility that is safe, inclusive, and efficient.

Martha Delgado Peralta


Day 2 Plenary, October 27 @ 9am

Martha Delgado Peralta is a world-renowned environmentalist, Harvard alumna, and the current Viceminister for Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights at Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She’s also served as Minister of the Environment of Mexico City, where she helped to found ECOBICI – Mexico City’s bikeshare system and the largest bikeshare system in Latin America.
