NABSA Creates COVID-19 Shared Micromobility Status Tracker

In this time of crisis, many of us are searching for ways to help others and our communities. Many in the bikeshare and shared micromobility industry have answered this call by altering their price structure and partnering with entities in their communities.

Numerous systems are offering free or discounted rides to the residents they serve. Additionally, operators are providing free trips, and even portions of their vehicle fleets, to essential workers on the front line. Some systems are using this time to operate in ways they never have before. Partnerships with restaurants, grocery delivery services, and more are helping to connect those most in need with critical supplies.

In response to this series of changes, NABSA created the COVID-19 Shared Micromobility Status Tracker. The tracker lists bikeshare and shared micromobility systems in North America, and whether or not they are in operation. If operating, the tracker indicates if they are providing free or discounted pricing and if they have established any community partnerships.

The information represented is continuously evolving and represents the best of our knowledge. If you have updated information for your area or want to be included in the COVID-19 Shared Micromobility tracker, please email aryanna@nabsa.net.
