Diversity, equity, and inclusion are a vital part of shared micromobility and its future growth in cities. However, if the work is not resourced, staffed, and implemented adequately, then the effort will fall flat. This session will highlight work done to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion and provide tips for engaging BIPOC communities in a meaningful way.
