Mobility as a service (MaaS) has been talked about for many years and while the technology exists and some successful case studies have popularized the concept, it has not yet found mass adoption. However, modern data-based approaches exist and micromobility systems can lead the way to true multi-modal integration. This session explores this possibility and describes the path to get there.
