Measure What You Treasure: Shared Micromobility Data Collection and Metrics Standardization
This session is building on the 2021 Standardized User Survey conference session. This year, presentations will provide recommendations and good practices for how we can standardize user survey questions to derive more robust shared micromobility metrics, as well as take a deeper dive at what is being done around the development and standardization of shared micromobility GHG and environmental metrics specifically.
