Researchers Share their Work at Shared Micromobility Research Roundup


On Wednesday, April 22nd, NABSA brought together researchers to share their work in shared micromobility. Panelists shared their latest findings on bikeshare in small cities, bike and scooter parking, system planning, transit integration, and environmental benefits of shared micromobility. 

Panelists included:

  • Anindya Debnath, PhD candidate in Civil Engineering at the University of Arkansas, former Fulbright Scholar, and 2025 Meddin Emerging Scholar 
  • Anne Brown, Associate Professor at the University of Oregon in the School of Planning, Public Policy and Management and the Research Director of the Urbanism Next Center 
  • Ghazaleh Mohseni, Research and Development Director at the Interactive-OR Lab and a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Department of Civil Engineering at York University
  • Hope Bodenschatz, PhD student in Transportation Technology and Policy at UC Davis
  • Dr. Vahid Hosseini, Associate Professor in the School of Sustainable Energy Engineering at Simon Fraser University
