New Faces at NABSA

NABSA is proud to announce that we have expanded our staff with two new team members: Rosanne Lubeck and Aryanna Smith. Filling two new positions, Rosanne and Aryanna join NABSA’s first Executive Director Samantha Herr.

Meet Communications Manager Rosanne Lubeck

Rosanne Lubeck joins NABSA as the organization’s first full-time Communications Manager. In her role, she will manage member engagement and facilitate cross-sector communications. She is looking forward to growing NABSA’s communications channels and fostering stronger relationships among leaders in bikeshare and shared micromobility.

Rosanne lives in Chicago, where she previously worked as the Vision Zero Coordinator for the Chicago Department of Transportation. Prior to earning a Master’s of Community Planning from the University of Maryland, Rosanne had a ten-year career in public relations and advocacy for trade organizations in Washington, DC, where she worked on federal and state legislative issues. She enjoys cooking overly elaborate meals with too many ingredients and walking through Humboldt Park with her two Scottish Terriers.

She will be working to ensure NABSA’s membership materials are current and that members have access to all relevant benefits and resources.

Aryanna lives in Memphis, Tennessee. She previously worked as Administrative and Customer Service Coordinator with Explore Bike Share, where she was a part of the initial roll-out team. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in French, and has experience in environmental advocacy and journalism. She enjoys exploring cities, hiking, and writing.
